Our Shipping Promise

At Manny's Coffee, we believe fresh coffee makes all the difference. That's why we roast your coffee to order and ship it within 48 hours of roasting, ensuring you receive the freshest possible beans.

Processing Time

All orders are roasted fresh and typically ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. Please note that we do not roast on weekends or holidays, so orders placed Friday-Sunday will be roasted and shipped the following business week.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)

  • Orders under $35: $6.95
  • Orders $35-$75: $4.95
  • Orders over $75: FREE

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)

Flat rate: $12.95

Priority Shipping (1-2 business days)

Flat rate: $19.95

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

International Shipping

We are not currently offering international shipping. Please check back in the future as we expand our shipping capabilities.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.

Packaging

All coffee is packaged in our signature bags with one-way degassing valves to maintain freshness. We use recyclable shipping materials whenever possible to minimize our environmental impact.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your coffee, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement or refund.

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns of opened coffee bags, but we stand behind our quality guarantee.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately at shipping@mannyscoffee.com. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement as quickly as possible.
